14h00 : Briefing
14h15 : Swimrun training session (1st group 8 km, 2nd group 15 km)

Meeting point at Robertville Lake (Route des bains, 4950 Waimes)

 We will be holding a HEAD and ZOGGS product raffle 

Come accompanied, the beach  and the bar  will be open to the public  (accès payant)

 Limited to 50 athletes
 Neoprene suit recommended
